Sylwia Pajdo-Pasek, manager of Echo Investment’s sales office in Warsaw, was a participant of a discussion on the residential construction and the state policy in this respect.
The discussion entitled "Residential Construction. What Forms of Support Will Replace "Family"s Own Home" Programme?" was moderated by Marek Wielgo, journalist of "Gazeta Wyborcza" daily. Apart from Echo Investment guests of the panel included representatives of banks and real estate agencies, as well as the Public Private Partnership Centre and the Adam Smith Centre. The discussion featured numerous topics relating to the current state policy regarding residential construction. The participants concluded that there was still a shortage of comprehensive solutions regarding residential policy, both in terms of spatial planning and financing the purchase of the first apartment by the average Pole.
