Echo Investment in Warsaw’s Rat Race 2012
Echo Investment in Warsaw’s Rat Race 2012

Men’s team of Echo Investment took part in a benevolent Rat Race organized by Sue Ryder Foundation and Warsaw Marathon Foundation.

„It"s a great fun and additionally a fine goal. For the whole team it was an interesting experience. What counts is also the result – all the four of us came among the first twenty people, and our colleague Tomasz Nadrowski got the second rank” – says the team"s captain Adrian Karczewicz, Investment Director in Echo Investment. Echo Investment was represented in the race also by Tomasz Nadrowski – Transaction Manager in Financing Department, Rafał Mazurczak – Sales and Marketing Director in Echo Investment Office Project Department and Mariusz Majkowski - Senior Leasing Manager in Echo Investment Shopping Centre Department.
120 competitors participated in the Rat Race. The event was organized by Sue Ryder Foundation and Warsaw Marathon Foundation for the fourth time. The race was aimed at collecting money for The First Step Found, which helps people with spine injury return to normal life. The idea of benevolent “rat race” came to Poland from overseas. The first race of that kind took place in New York in Wall Street. It was brought to Poland from Holland by Remco van der Kroft – a lawyer living in Warsaw for eight years.
