AXIT Sp. z o.o., an international IT company, has leased over 1,200 sqm in Aquarius Business House – an A-class office building which is being developed in the centre of Wrocław by Echo Investment.

AXIT is yet another, after Tieto Poland and PwC, international company to have leased office space in Aquarius Business House. “We are very happy that AXIT has chosen our facility to be its new seat in Wrocław. This way the company has joined a group of demanding clients who have appreciated the unique location of our project as well as the modern technological solutions which have been applied in Aquarius Business House,” says Katarzyna Kubicka, Senior Leasing Manager in Echo Investment. Aquarius Business House is being developed in the centre of Wrocław, at the junction of Borowska and Swobodna streets. The project is being carried out in two stages. The first one started in June 2011 and is to finish in November later this year. The completion of the second stage is planned for September 2013. The contractor of the building"s shell is Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA. The architecture of the building was created in the Arcad architectural studio of Kielce. In June 2012 Echo Investment concluded a loan agreement worth PLN 93.3 mln with Alior Bank SA. The facility consists of two 7-storey buildings. The office space of the whole facility amounts to 25,000 sqm. There have been a number of additional functions planned in the Aquarius Business House complex.
