Second stage of Aquarius Business House to be launched, Tieto Poland leases additional space

Tieto Poland, the Polish branch of the international IT concern, has officially confirmed the so-called ‘expansion option’ included in its lease contract and increased the area leased in the Aquarius Business House office building in Wrocław to over 8,500 sqm. Increasing its leased space by Tieto means that the facility has reached the assumed occupancy level of 85 pct, which makes it possible to start the second stage of the project.

Representatives of Echo Investment and Tieto met during the MIPIM international investment fair in Cannes, France. The agreement concerning the increased area of offices to be leased by Tieto in the office building developed by Echo Investment was concluded at the stand of the city of Wrocław, in the presence of the deputy mayor Adam Grehl.

“I would like to thank Tieto Poland for appreciating out experience in the development of offices in Poland. Choosing our project and the decision to develop further in Wrocław, in our building, confirm that the project has been well-prepared with regard to its technological solutions and our business offer. We are happy that our projects and commercial conditions meet the requirements of our clients,” said Rafał Mazurczak, sales director in the Office Project Department at Echo Investment.

Tieto Poland, the Polish branch of the international IT concern, leased some area in Aquarius Business House in October 2011. The contract signed confirms the final office area to be leased, which Tieto Poland intends to occupy from the end of this year. The area leased by Tieto amounts to over 8,500 sqm.

Aquarius Business House is being built in the centre of Wrocław at the junction of Borowska and Swobodna streets. The project is being developed in two stages. The first one started in June 2011 and is to finish in November later this year. The completion of the second stage is planned for September 2013. The contractor of the shell of the project is Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA while its design was created in the Arcad architectural studio of Kielce.
