Echo Investment won the Developer of the Year title at the CEE Retail Real Estate Awards 2011 gala whereas Galeria Echo in Kielce was nominated for the Extended Project of the Year. Meanwhile Echo Investment Property Management was nominated for the Management Firm of the Year category.

Companies connected with the retail real estate market in Central and Eastern Europe have been awarded by Europaproperty for the fourth time. An international jury consisting of trade professionals considered Echo Investment to be the developer of the year 2011. The award was received by Marcin Materny, Echo Investment"s Shopping Centre Department Director – Foreign Projects. Moreover, Grzegorz Iwański, Funding Department Director in Echo Investment, gave the Bank of the Year award to representatives of Pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank during the CEE Retail Real Estate Awards 2011 gala.
