Echo Investment at MAPIC

Echo Investment will yet again present itself at the MAPIC, which is to take place at Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France on November 16-18, 2011.

The offer of Echo Investment prepared for this year’s MAPIC is called ECHO PACK and includes 12 shopping centres that are being developed in Poland, Romania and Hungary.

ECHO PACK consists of projects, the opening of which is planned for 2012: Galeria Olimpia in Bełchatów, Galeria Veneda in Łomża and Outlet Park Szczecin – the first outlet centre in the north-western region of Poland. The following three projects will be finished in 2013: Galeria Amber in Kalisz and two enlargements of existing shopping centres (Pasaż Grunwaldzki in Wrocław and Galaxy in Szczecin). ECHO PACK also includes projects which are to be finished in 2014 and 2015: Galeria Nova in Koszalin, Metropolis in Poznań, big shopping centres in Lublin and Katowice as well as two foreign projects: Mundo (Hungary) and Korona (Romania).

Echo Investment will be represented at MAPIC 2011 by a team of managers responsible for the commercialization of the above-mentioned projects. The stand of Echo Investment is located on the main exhibition floor (Stand No. 11.10/13.09).

MAPIC is one of the biggest and most important commercial property fairs in the world. There are over 1,000 exhibitors participating in the event, including: developers, architects and representatives of big retail chains, global brands, cinema chains and real estate agencies. In total MAPIC 2011 will be visited by nearly 8,000 people from 67 countries.
