Extended by Echo Investment Galeria Echo in Kielce acquired a legally binding certificate of occupancy several days before its opening.

Galeria Echo in Kielce is the biggest shopping and entertainment facility in the Świętokrzyskie region. There will be almost 300 shops and service outlets in the new centre.

A wide range of products and services will be on offer on levels -1, 0 and +1, including numerous restaurants, cafes and fast food outlets. The top floor is to serve entertainment and leisure functions. Customers will have a 12-lane bowling alley, a gym, a fitness centre and children’s playroom with an area of app. 300 sqm at their disposal. Dekorada – the biggest furnishings and interior design centre in the region is also to be located on the second level of Galeria Echo.

The gross area of Galeria Echo amounts to 159,000 sqm, out of which 70,000 sqm constitutes a leasable area. Customers have 2,300 parking spaces at their disposal.

The Echo Gallery shall be opened 19 August 2011.

The design of the extension of Galeria Echo was created in the Detan architectural studio of Kielce whereas the design of its facade and interior was developed by the Open Architekci architectural studio of Warsaw.
