NIKE, Big Star, Mc Arthur, Lancerto, 4F and Puere are the latest brands to appear in Outlet Park Szczecin, the first outlet centre in the West Pomeranian region developed by Echo Investment.
“The commercialization of the facility is nearing the end, as much as 80% of its area has already been leased and negotiations are pending as regards the last few free premises. We are very satisfied with the efficient lease process, the result of which is a very interesting mix of some of the most recognizable brands. Retailers have recognized the need of opening an outlet type shop in this part of Poland, where the commercial property market has not provided such possibility until now,” says Tomasz Domoń, Senior Leasing Manager at Echo Investment, who is responsible for the commercialization of Outlet Park Szczecin.
The outlet of the famous NIKE brand will have an area of nearly 750 sqm. The outlet of Big Star will offer an area of 260 sqm. The Mc Arthur shoe shop will occupy an area of 130 sqm. The salon of the Lancerto brand specializing in men’s fashion will have an area of 110 sqm at its disposal. The shop of 4F, which manufactures sports accessories, will have an area of 200 sqm while 100 sqm is the area of the outlet of Puere, which is famous for its stylish men’s suits.
The development of Outlet Park Szczecin is progressing according to schedule. The construction work started in June earlier this year and its completion is planned for the middle of the next year. The contractor of the facility is Polimex-Mostostal SA.
