Echo Investment was a finalist of five competition categories. As winners of the ‘New Shopping Centre of the Year – Poland’ and the ‘Retail Developer of the Year – CEE’ categories we were awarded two main prizes.

Galeria Echo in Kielce was considered the best shopping centre opened in 2011.

Echo Investment was also nominated for ‘Office Developer of the Year – CEE’, ‘Green Developer Award – CEE’ and ‘Architectural Design of the Year – Poland’ (Aquarius Business House and Galeria Amber).

Waldemar Lesiak, Director of the Office and Hotel Department gave the ‘Lifetime Achievement’ award, which was granted by the jury to Professor Stefan Kuryłowicz, an outstanding architect who died tragically earlier this year.

The award ceremony took place on December 8 in the Hilton hotel in Warsaw. Eurobuild Awards are granted for outstanding achievements in the real estate and construction industry.
