Echo Investment sells shopping centre in Pabianice

Echo Investment has sold the ECHO shopping centre built in 2002 in Pabianice. The new owner of the facility is PH 3, which was represented by Savills in the transaction.

The sale and purchase agreement was concluded on October 27, 2011. The value of the transaction amounts to EUR 23.85 mln. “It is yet another transaction on the Polish market, in which both the vendor and the buyer are Polish capital companies. The demand for shopping facilities located in regional towns is very strong and the sector is attractive not only for foreign investors but also for Polish ones,” says Adrian Karczewicz, responsible for the transaction on behalf of Echo Investment.

The ECHO shopping centre is located at Zamkowa Street 31 in Pabianice. The facility has a retail area of 15,000 sqm. Customers have 570 parking spaces at their disposal. Its main tenants include: Piotr i Paweł, Jysk, NOMI, RTV Euro AGD, Reserved, Rossmann and CCC. The author of the design of the centre in Pabianice is the Pracownia Uniprojekt architectural studio.
