Tieto Poland becomes main tenant of Aquarius Business House

Tieto Poland, the Polish branch of the international IT concern has leased 8,000 sqm in Aquarius Business House, an A class office building developed in the centre of Wrocław by Echo Investment.

Ireneusz Miski, Vice-President of the Board at Tieto Poland, „Agruments supporting the choice of office space in Aquarius Business House were: the possibility of providing all employees of the Wrocław branch with one location, adequate working conditions and a suitable location of the office in the city centre. The application of eco-friendly solutions was also not without importance. Tieto’s philosophy includes care for the natural environment, which translates into various initiatives aimed at protection of the environment that the company takes all over the world.

„We would like to thank Tieto Poland for appreciating our experience in the development of offices in Poland. Even more so, taking into consideration the fact that our project competed with other very good projects at the final stage of the analysis of projects fulfilling the criteria of Tieto’s seat in Wrocław. I think it proves that technological solutions applied by us in Aquarius Business House have yet again met the requirements of our clients” says Rafał Mazurczak, Sales Director in the Office Project Department at Echo Investment.
