A supermarket of the popular ‘Piotr i Paweł’ chain is to complement Outlet Park Szczecin - the first outlet centre in the West Pomeranian region, which is being developed by Echo Investment.

‘Piotr i Paweł’ is one of the biggest Polish supermarket chains, the history of which goes back to 1990. Currently there are nearly 80 shops of this brand operating all over Poland, including several franchised ones. Since 2003 the company has been successfully running Internet sales.

The characteristic feature of ‘Piotr i Paweł’ is the appealing and functional appearance of the shops as well as an attractive assortment of top quality brand products. Its shop in Outlet Park Szczecin will have an area of nearly 2,000 sqm.

Outlet Park Szczecin is the first outlet centre in the West Pomeranian province. It is being developed in Szczecin’s Prawobrzeże district, at the site of an operating shopping centre located on ul. Struga, which is owned by Echo Investment.

The development of the first stage of Outlet Park Szczecin has already started. There will be a shopping centre built in this stage, including 70 retail outlets, a multi-screen Helios cinema, a supermarket and an electronics shop. Its completion is planned for H1 2012. Work connected with the second stage, which is to comprise approx. 60 shops, is to start a year after the opening of the first one at the earliest. The gross leasable area of Outlet Park Szczecin amounts to over 23,000 sqm. Customers will have 1,400 parking spaces at their disposal.
The commercialization is carried out in cooperation with CB Richard Ellis.

The Vsf - Creative architectural studio is responsible for the architectural concept of the facility while the replacement construction design has been prepared by STUDIO A4 from Szczecin.
