Echo Investment has got the final building permit for the construction of Galeria Veneda in Łomża.
The provincial governor of Podlaskie region has discontinued the appeal proceedings, which is tantamount to the building permit for the construction of the facility being final. Preparation work is currently being carried out at the building site – the heat transmission network interferences have been removed, the cutting of trees and bushes as well as the removal of overhead power lines are to start soon.
Galeria Veneda is a shopping centre which is being developed in Łomża on a plot situated at the junction of Zawadzkiej and Sikorskiego streets. The facility has a leasable area of 16,000 sqm. There have been 80 shops planned here – the developer has already signed contracts with: the Tesco hypermarket, Rossmann, CCC, Martes Sport and tenants of the gastronomic section, among others. There has also been a car park with 600 parking spaces prepared for customers.
The facility is to be finished in autumn 2012.
Its architectural concept has been created by the Warsaw-based architectural studio Mąka Sojka Architekci in cooperation with Echo Investment’s team of architects.
