Echo Investment sells shopping centre in Bełchatów

Echo Investment Group has sold its ECHO Shopping Centre built in 2000 in Bełchatów. The new owner of the facility is a subsidiary of Vousoka Ltd with its registered office in Nicosia (Cyprus).

The letter of intent concerning the sale was signed at the beginning of March this year and the parties concluded the final contract regarding the matter on May 26, 2011. The value of the transaction amounts to PLN 44 mln net.

Echo Investment Group is building a new facility – Galeria Olimpia – in the neighbourhood.

ECHO Shopping Centre is located on Kolejowa and Armii Krajowej streets. The facility has a leasable area of 9,300 sqm. Customers have 265 parking spaces at their disposal. Its main tenants include Carrefour, Nomi, RTV EURO AGD and Deichmann.

The facility manager of the shopping centre remains Est-On – Grupa Echo Limited Liability Company Limited Partnership – a company from Echo Investment Capital Group.
