The net profit generated in Q4 2010 amounted to nearly PLN 31 mln and grew by over 60% compared to the corresponding period in 2009. In 2010 the company generated a profit of nearly PLN 147 mln, which constitutes an increase of over 40% compared to 2009. The revenues in 2010 amounted to nearly PLN 430 mln and in Q4 itself they amounted to over PLN 101 mln.

The revenues reached in Q4 2010 result, among other things, from the sale of the Avatar office building in Kraków, the signing the final sales agreements in residential projects, the lease of commercial spaces in projects completed in the previous years, the fair value adjustment of the projects held by the Echo Investment as well as the valuation of the projects put into operation.

The total value of the company’s assets amounted to nearly PLN 4.5 bln at the end of December 2010 and the level of the equity capital reached PLN 1.87 bln, which constitutes an increase by over PLN 154 mln y-o-y. At the end of 2010 the company had nearly PLN 380 mln cash and cash equivalents.
