Grzegorz Iwański, director of the funding department at Echo Investment, was one of the participants of the discussion panel entitled ‘The Financial Basis for the Development of Shopping Center Markets in Poland’.

The discussion took place during last week’s Shopping Center Forum & Awards conference in Warsaw. The event gathered representatives of nearly two hundred development and service companies as well as those representing tenants.

The most important part of the conference was the discussion panel in which funding of new projects and marketing of shopping centers were discussed. Apart from Grzegorz Iwański, the discussion was participated by representatives of facility management companies and tenants of the biggest shopping centers.
