The 6.5-hectare area formerly occupied by a printing plant will be place to offices, apartments for long-term rental and sale, restaurants, service points, as well as public spaces. The project is surrounded by the ubiquitous greenery, between which a network of urban streets as well as walking and biking trails has been laid out. The centrepiece of the project will be a park with a modernistic pavilion of Dom Słowa Polskiego. The total usable area of the buildings will be about 200,000 sqm. The entire project will be completed by 2028.
