Echo Investment introduces Echo Help Desk - an Internet tool for communication with tenants

Tenants of office spaces in the buildings of Echo Investment, which are managed by Est-On, can now use Echo Help Desk – Internet information and help office.

Echo Help Desk is an internet portal that serves three basic functions:

- a database - all data concerning the building, the regulations, contact details of the facility manager, technical service, security and others are available there,

- an information centre - used to make current announcements about the functioning of the building,

- a communication centre – providing tenants with more possibilities: starting from reservation of conference rooms, using car wash and a restaurant to ordering additional work to be done in their unit, to immediate and direct reporting of comments and assessment of the work carried out by companies servicing the building.

“The introduction of Echo Help Desk is a step, which will significantly improve the information flow between tenants and the facility manager. It is a friendly tool which will allow the building users to communicate systematically and on many levels. It will provide access to up to date information and allow them to use a number of options that have been unavailable or time-consuming until now and will certainly have a positive effect on building business relations between the facility manager and tenants,” says Wojciech Knawa, director of Est-On, the company managing the commercial buildings of Echo Investment.
