Echo Investment’s participation in the Mapic fair 2010 has borne fruits in the form of a record number of guests visiting the stand of the company and concrete space lease contracts regarding developed centres. The company signed contracts for nearly 20,000 sqm during the fair.

The Mapic fair is the biggest commercial property event in Europe. It took place in the famous Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France on November 17-19, 2010.

Echo Investment presented its full offer of shopping centres as well as shopping and entertainment centres, which are planned to be developed in the next few years and concluded significant lease contracts: two with the Tesco chain, concerning Bełchatów (Galeria Veneda) and Łomża (Galeria Olimpia), and one with Kappahl regarding Kielce (Galeria Echo).

The stand of Echo Investment was very popular with the visitors both during regular opening hours of the fair and during business cocktails. The meeting at the Cannes beach organized by the company also enjoyed similar popularity.

MAPIC is one of the biggest and most important commercial property fairs in the world. Over 6,700 participants took part in the event, including among others: developers, architects, representatives of big retail chains, global brands, cinema chains and real estate agencies. MAPIC was visited by representatives from over 60 countries.
