Athina Park office complex changes its owner
Athina Park office complex changes its owner

Pridehold Sp. z o.o. – a company from PZU Group bought Athina Park - office park located in Warsaw on 4 Wybrzeże Gdyńskie street from Echo Investment.

The complex of four office buildings with a total leasable area of approx. 12,700 sqm is leased by such reputable companies as Roche, Colgate, Deutsche Leasing, Porr and DDB. The building with a total leased area of approx. 12,700 sqm has been sold for over 32 mln EUR.

It is the second, after sale of Avatar in Kraków, disposal in this quarter of the year concerning an office building of Echo Investment. It is at the same time the biggest transaction on the Polish investment market, where both companies are local.

“We are satisfied with the result of negotiations and with the fact that we have managed to close the transaction so quickly. Despite the holiday season the sales process and negotiations with PZU AM lasted 5 months. The fact that both Echo and PZU are Polish companies was definitely an advantage. It gave us a possibility to run the negotiations and prepare due diligence in Polish, which considerably shortened the negotiation process.” says Adrian Karczewicz Business Development Director at Echo Investment.

Echo Investment was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle in the sales process.
