After the Ist quarter of 2010 the net income of Echo Investment exceeded 114 million PLN, and the net profit reached the level of almost 30 million PLN. The total assets’ value equals 4,2 billion PLN, and the level of equity capital grew to almost 1,8 billion PLN. At the end of the Ist quarter of 2010 Echo Investment Capital Group possessed more than 300 million PLN in monetary means.

The result in the current period was mainly affected by income obtained from lease of office and commercial areas in projects accomplished by the Company in previous years. In the Ist quarter of 2010 also receipts were booked from concluded agreements on sale of residential projects in: Warsaw, Poznan and Bilcza near Kielce. Another significant factor was also the fair value updating, taking into account the appraisal of the new project, that is the extended Galeria Echo in Kielce.
