Echo Investment leased approximately 3 000 sq. m. of office area in Oxygen building realized in Szczecin, at Malczewskiego street. Oxygen leaseholders group was joined by Nordea Bank Polska and international company delivering medical products and services - Coloplast Shared Services, which shall open a accounting-financial services center in the building.
SUBWAY network restaurant and a beauty parlour Isabel Studio shall be located in Oxygen as well.
Wojciech Knawa, Echo Investment Leasing Manager, responsible for commercialization of the project in Szczecin, said: „OXYGEN is the only building in Szczecin offering such high standard of office area. The project enjoys big interest of potential leaseholders, especially network companies and international corporations. At present we conduct advanced negotiations with several big clients. In my opinion, agreements concluded recently and next agreements which we plan to finalize in the nearest weeks, shall alow us to obtain still in this year a 30% level of occupancy in the building. It is a good speed, especially in the context of the present market situation and the degree of advancement of the building’s accomplishment.”
Works connected with Oxygen project are caried out in accordance with the schedule. At present the construction is in progress of the eighth, last storey of the building.
According to the plan the building in its shell-and-core condition will be ready in the 1st quarter 2010.

Oxygen is a modern, 9-storeyed building located in the very center of Szczecin, at the intersection of Malczewskiego street and Wyzwolenia avenue.
In the vicinity there is the biggest in the West Pomeranian region shopping-entertainment center Galaxy, Pazim office-hotel complex with Radisson SAS hotel, numerous financial institutions and offices.
