TIFFI in the new Echo Gallery

TIFFI becomes a new leaseholder in the extended shopping-entertainment center Echo Gallery in Kielce.

At present Echo Gallery in Kielce measures approximately 68 000 sq. m., where the lease area constitutes approximately 26 000 sq. m. After its extension the project will have the total area of approximately 159 000 sq. m., and the lease area will measure 66 000 sq. m. Customers will have approximately 2300 parking places at their disposal.

In the extended Echo Gallery customers will do their shopping in almost 300 shops. Two top storeys of the center are intended for entertainment and recreational functions. Customers will have at their disposal a body building gym, a fitness club, a 12-alley bowling hall, a discotheque, numerous restaurants, cafes and a parlour for the children and other attractions located at various storeys of the center.

Works connected with the extension of the center commenced in September 2008. The new Echo Gallery will be opened in Autumn of 2010. The value of the investment is estimated for approximately 400 million PLN.
