The first stage of the Malta Office Park project completed by Echo Investment in Poznań has obtained an occupancy permit. The document has been issued by the District Inspectorate of Construction Supervision and became valid on 9 December 2008.
Malta Office Park consists of six office buildings with the total office space equal to nearly 31,000 square meters.
The first stage of the Malta Office Park includes two buildings with the total leasable office space almost 8,000 square meters. The project construction of the buildings took place between July 2007 and November 2008. The tenants include Polsoft, Newell Rubbermade, Inotel, Medicover, Intermedica, Żagiel, Axa, Reiffeisen, OCE Poland, Martela, and Allianz.
The second stage of the project is in the completion phase of the row state. The stage includes three buildings, two 5- and one 6-floor building, with the total leasable space of over 16,000 square meters. The construction of these buildings started in April 2008 and the completion is planned for October 2009.
After the second stage of the construction is completed, Echo Investment plans to commence another stage of the investment project, which consists in the construction of the last, sixth building with the total leasable space of almost 7,000 square meters. The complex will be put to use in 2010.

Malta Office Park is a modern office complex located at Abp Baraniaka St. in Poznań. The complex comprises six buildings: four 5-floor and two 6-floor buildings. All the buildings are connected through the underground parking. The "open space" standard will assure flexibility in dividing the floors and will provide a large scope of possible arrangements. The whole complex will have nearly 31,000 square meters of leasable area. The number of employees working in the Park will be equal to 2,500-3,000 persons. The strong point of the complex will be the approx. 600 parking spots in the over- and underground parking lot. The office complex will have a number of state-of-the-art solutions related to the technology, the security system, as well as the monitoring and access control system. The project involves reconstruction of the road system around the concept so as to adapt it to the new needs. The plans are to complete the whole investment project by the end of 2010.
