On 10th of Janury 2008 ECHO INVESTMENT acquired property right to a real property of an area exceeding 3 hectares located at Krakusa i Wandy street in Koszalin. On the purchased plot the company is going to erect a modern shopping-entertainment center.

The shopping-entertainment center shall contain: a shopping gallery (approximately 150 shops), large entertainment area with multiplex cinema and numerous supplementary functions: services, recreation, gastronomy. The lease area of the building shall amount to approximately 35 thousand sq. m. Car traffic shall be served by a car park for approximately 1 thousand cars.

The adopted schedule of works assumes, that the building shall be accomplished in the period: II half of 2009 – II half of 2011.

ECHO INVESTMENT operates actively at the market of commercial centers in Poland: it has accomplished realization of 15 shopping centers and 4 shopping-entertainement centers. The company has also begun 2 foreign projects. Presently there are successive projects in the pipeline and extension of already existing centers. The buildings in the company portfolio are visited annually by almost 100 million customers.

Foreign projects
Hungary. In Budapest, in Zuglo district, the Company is preparing on the plot of approximately 6,8 hectares, a multifunction complex MUNDO. The total area of the complex shall amount to 240 thousand sq. m., the lease area shall equal approximately 110 thousand sq. m. 2800 parking places are planned to be provided.
Romania. In September 2007 Echo dependent company bought a 4-hectares’ plot of land in Brasov. On this plot a modern shopping-entertainment center shall be accomplished, of the total area exceeding 130 thousand sq. m. The assumed schedule of works comprises years 2008-2010.

Poland
The biggest of accomplished shopping-entertainment centers: 
- Pasaż Grunwaldzki (Grunwaldzki Arcade) in Wrocław, given over for use on 21.04.2007; the building has 130 thousand sq. m. of the total area, 47,9 thousand sq. m. of the lease area; it contains almost 200 shops and service points, 1400 parking places, 11-halls Multikino and a recreational part with restaurant and strolling gardens; the value of the project equalled approximately 300 million PLN 
- GALAXY in Szczecin (total area: 94 thousand sq. m., lease area: 42 thousand sq. m., more than 140 shops and service points, approximately 1300 parking places) 
- Galeria Echo (Echo Gallery) (total area: 53 thousand sq. m., lease area: ok. 26 tys. mkw., 7-halls cinema, 80 shops , a restaurant area, a pub, more than 1 thousand parking places).

Plans
Echo Investment is planning to realize new projects, increase the portfolio of commercial areas meant for lease, and develop already existing projects.
The company anticipates, by 2013, a 300-percent increase of commercial projects’ area.

In Poznań, at Hetmańska street, a shopping-entertainment center METROPOLIS is going to be accomplished, offering more than 80 thousand sq. m. of lease area.
In Słupsk, at Grottgera street, the biggest in town shopping-entertainment center ARENA is planned to be constructed, of the total area of 75 thousand sq. m. and lease area equalling 38 thousand sq. m. In Kalisz, at Górnośląska street and Trasa Bursztynowa a modern regional shopping-entertainment center shall be erected. The total area of the building shall equal approximately 100 thousand sq. m., and lease area approximately 40 thousand sq. m.
