The company ECHO INVESTMENT has begun realization of the residential project „Chestnut Alley”, located in Poznań, in Wojskowa street.

The project covers the erection of two six-storey buildings, in which 282 apartments are designed, of areas from 37 to 94 sq.m. Every apartment shall have a balcony, a terrace or a loggia.

The top storey apartments are provided with about 150-meters' terraces, while the ground floor apartments have their own gardens. The complex in Wojskowa street is supplemented with an underground car park of the total number of 252 parking places.

The anticipated term of completion of works and handing the buildings over for use falls on end of May 2009. The project’s developer and investor is ECHO INVESTMENT, the author of design is „Studio Lisiak” Design Office from Poznań and the contractor is the Warsaw company WEKO PROF.

So far Echo Investment has accomplished in Poznań: luxurious apartment building on Warta river, Małe Naramowice housing estate and Ibis hotel. Presently housing estate  Małe Naramowice Rynek  and office complex Malta Office Park are under construction. Metropolis shopping-entertainment center is in the pipeline.

The company may pride itself on highly qualified staff of engineers and modern technical background.
