The facility will be erected in place of the existing Echo Shopping Center. The total area shall be about 80,000 square meters, GLA ca. 37,000 square meters. The program of the center comprises 120 shops, a multiplex cinema, an entertainment and catering section, parking lot for 1200 cars.

Marcin Materny, Echo Investment’s development director, says that the scope and program of the project primarily relies on its perfect location next to the main traffic artery of the city, Generała Sikorskiego Street. Its strategic location at the A1 highway determines the facility as a regional center and will enable serving a population of about 300,000 persons (living within the range of 30 minutes drive). The catchment area of the Center shall cover, apart from Piotrków, such towns as Tomaszów Mazowiecki and Bełchatów.

The launching of the project is scheduled for 2007 and completion in 2009.
