4th of April 2007 is an official date of opening of GRUNWALDZKI ARCADE centre in Wrocław. Postponing of the opening date, initially planned for 14th of March, was affected by reasons beyond Echo Investment – the object’s developer’s control.

The change of the opening date is caused by prolonging of works connected with rebuilding of the cross-roads by Grunwaldzki square, which is the main communication junction located directly next to commercial-entertainment centre.

Commercial-entertainment centre GRUNWALDZKI ARCADE in Wrocław is the biggest Echo Investment realization so far. At the area of about 130.000 sq.m. there will be almost 200 shops and service points. The centre’s offer shall be completed by numerous cafes, restaurants and also a roofed garden with children’s playground.
Convenient parking lot for 1400 cars shall be given for customers’ disposal.
Realization of this investment started in Autumn of 2004 and its value amounted to about 300 million PLN.

This investment shall create about 1.500 of new working places.
