Max Mara is one of the most well-known clothes’ makes, offering stylish collections for women. The company was founded in 1951 by Achille Maramotti. The worldwide expansion of the make has been in constant progress since the 60-ties. Emmanuelle Kahn, Karl Lagerfeld, Luciano Soprani, Guy Paulin, Jean Charles Castelbajac, Dolce Gabbana, Anne-Marie Berenta and Narciso Rodriguez are the names of the designers creating Max Mara image. The make owns today almost 1.800 shops, 400 company stores included.

Marella is a prestigious make belonging to an Italia holding MaxMara Fashion Group. It came into being in Italy, in 1973, as one of the Max Mara branches. From 1988 it functions independently, having its seat in Reggio Emilia.
At present Marella clothes are offered in about 1.500 selling points all over the world. The make owns also 85 salons in such cities as Milan, Rome, Barcelona, Beirut, Dubai, Helsinki, Hong Kong, Istambul, Madrit, Munich, Moscow, Paris, Singapore, Tokio and Vienna. In Poland there operate 7 salons „Marella franchising” in: Warsaw, Łódź, Katowice, Cracow, Wrocław and Poznań.
