Echo Investment has signed a final sale agreement for Brain Park C building. The latest phase of the Cracow-based office complex will be acquired by Greenstone Asset Management, a private equity and investment firm. The fully leased building provides 13,700 sqm of GLA and has an Excellent BREEAM rating.
Brain Park building C is part of a major office complex designed by Baumschlager Eberle Architekci Kraków studio. Centrally located next to Cracow's important transportation hubs it is well-connected with public transport. The fully leased offices in Brain Park C are home to such innovative companies as Volvo Tech Hub and EPAM Polska. Brain Park C utilizes multiple sustainability solutions and is partially powered by renewable energy.

In the transaction, the seller was supported by Colliers, with legal advisory services provided by the law firm A&O Shearman. The purchaser was advised by lawyers from the law firm Legal Kraft and the Trebbi team.
