Fresh fish and seafood prepared in the guest’s chosen style — this is the core concept of Czarnomorka restaurant, which opened on October 17th at Warsaw Breweries. It is the brand’s fourth location in Warsaw and the sixth in Poland.
Czarnomorka is a restaurant inspired by the cuisine of the Black Sea, specializing in fresh fish and seafood. The heart of the concept features a chilled seafood counter, where guests select their fish, and an oyster basin that ensures the shells remain fresh and of high quality, just as immediately after harvesting. The dishes are prepared fresh, tailored to the guest’s preferences. - - We grill, fry, or stew fish and other seafood from the Black Sea and Atlantic Ocean. The menu, based on seasonality, also offers a wide variety of cold starters. For connoisseurs, we serve top-quality oysters from several types of marine mollusks, says Oleksandr Lysyk, responsible for the culinary side of the restaurant and designer of Czarnomorka’s kitchens.
- Czarnomorka is an invitation to enjoy taste of the South — in an atmosphere that combines ease, hospitality, and subtle elegance. Inspired by the idea of a fish market and serving fresh selections of fish and seafood, the restaurant complements the offer of Warsaw Breweries perfectly. The brand’s success in Poland confirms that this venue will also win the hearts of our guests - says Milena Nawrat, spokesperson for Warsaw Breweries.
Besides the rich menu of fish and seafood dishes, the restaurant is distinguished by its interior design. Created under the guidance of decorator Anastasia Ivonina, the space has a cohesive character. Czarnomorka’s style is casual with a touch of elegance — natural materials, oyster and mussel decorations, greenery, and pampas grasses that evoke a seaside oasis — detailed yet informal.
The new location at Warsaw Breweries is situated in the Inner Courtyard in front of the Laboratory, at Grzybowska 56 Street. It is Czarnomorka’s fourth Warsaw outlet — the other two are in Wrocław and Poznań. The restaurant is open daily from 12:00 to 23:00.
