CitySpace, an operator specializing in flexible office spaces, is launching its new office in Wrocław. The opening of CitySpace Forum, whose design is inspired by the warmth of light, soft textures, and the colors of a setting sun, will take place on August 18, 2025, in the City 2 building – part of the prestigious complex located on Traugutta Street in the Krzyki district.
The new CitySpace Forum office is a 2,300 m² space designed to accommodate 331 workstations, including 50 private offices, 5 conference rooms, 7 phone booths, and special areas designated for events and hot-desking.
As with all offices in the CitySpace portfolio, the newest Wrocław location will be equipped with high-quality meeting rooms featuring video conferencing technology and high-speed internet. In addition to 24/7 access, users will benefit from reception services including mail handling and fully equipped communal areas.
A thoughtful space supporting various work modes
The interior design was created by the Fruit Orchard studio under the direction of architect Kasia Miastkowska. The starting point for the project was the concept of biophilic design, as described and developed by Dr. Stephen Kellert, professor at Yale University. According to this philosophy, natural environments — or spaces that reflect them — have a positive impact on human well-being, creativity, and productivity.
In this spirit, the interiors of CitySpace Forum are characterized by soft lighting, warm colors, and textures inspired by the setting sun. The applied design solutions support focus, encourage teamwork, and create an atmosphere of safety and balance — crucial for comfortable functioning in a work environment.
“CitySpace Forum responds to the evolving needs of the market by offering a space where aesthetics and functionality come together to foster efficiency and creativity. Another location in Wrocław confirms our strategic commitment to this market,” - says Lisa Zettlin, Managing Director of CitySpace.
A location blending history with business modernity
City Forum is a development by Archicom, one of the leading real estate developers and part of the Echo-Archicom Group. Commissioned in 2020, the complex holds LEED Gold and WELL Health & Safety certifications, confirming compliance with high ecological and health standards. The location offers excellent transport connections to Wrocław city center, the Main Railway Station, and the airport. Symbolically situated, it bridges the historical heart of the city with its modern business center. The proximity of the Oder River and surrounding boulevards creates ideal conditions for relaxation and recreation after work.
Continuing an innovative architectural vision
The CitySpace Forum project builds upon the architectural concept that has been highly regarded by users since 2022 for its efficiency and workplace comfort.
“This new office continues our approach where user comfort and space functionality are key. The solutions implemented at CitySpace Forum support both teamwork and individual work, which is a crucial aspect of modern business,” - comments Jakub Bawoł, Head of Business Development at CitySpace.
Architect Kasia Miastkowska adds: “In designing CitySpace Forum, we applied a biophilic approach – designing inspired by nature, based on the belief that people function best in environments reminiscent of natural settings. Color and light play a crucial role here – they support focus, reduce stress, and improve overall comfort. Forum continues the cohesive design concept initiated at CitySpace MidPoint – the first location where light became a key element in shaping space. At CitySpace Forum, light and color serve as the foundation of the entire architectural narrative, expanding this idea in a new context.”
Presale and CitySpace’s growth
Presale of office spaces is currently underway, allowing early selection of the most attractive offices and preferential financial conditions.
CitySpace currently manages over 30,000 m² of flexible office space across five major Polish cities. CitySpace Forum will be the operator's twelfth active project.
