On 30 June, the versatile musician, singer and composer Stanisław Soyka will perform on the open-air stage of Warsaw Breweries. This will be the last concert of the second summer instalment of the Wola Jazz Festival. Admission is free.
Stanisław Soyka's musical journey began in 1979 with a recital at the National Philharmonic in Warsaw. Since then, he has released many albums, including Don't You Cry, Blublula and Soyka Sings Ellington, gaining recognition both in Poland and abroad. He is an artist known for his own style and extraordinary musical versatility - from jazz, blues, gospel to classical music and rock. He has collaborated with many musicians and bands, including Tie Break, resulting in unforgettable projects such as the album 'Acoustic' and the hit 'Tolerance'. His interpretations of Shakespeare's poetry and sonnets, including the albums 'Soyka. Shakespeare Sonnets' and 'Shakespeare a cappella', show the depth of his artistic explorations.
- Stanisław Soyka is appreciated not only for his vocal skills, but also for his stage charisma. His concerts are known for their authenticity and deep emotional message, which makes him a unique artist on the Polish music scene. The concert will be the perfect culmination of the Wola Jazz Festival, which is just coming to an end. Nevertheless, Warsaw Breweries is not saying goodbye to jazz this summer. We are planning more concerts for children during the summer, and there will also be musical surprises for adault audiences - comments Milena Nawrat, Marketing Manager at Echo Investment.
The concert will take place on 30 June, at 6 p.m. in the green Central Garden of Warsaw Breweries, at 60 Grzybowska St. Admission is free.
