Echo Investment has signed lease agreements covering a total of nearly 3,500 square meters of space in the Katowice complex. Deloitte, a consulting firm, Medicover medical center, and Miracki Clinic have decided to extend their leases at the Face2Face Business Campus. Bozza Concept'N Design will join the group of business campus tenants.
The branch of Deloitte will continue to occupy 1,400 square meters of space on the highest, 14th floor of the Face2Face Business Campus, which offers employees an excellent view of the city. The office in Katowice provides tax advisory, audit, business consulting, risk management, financial advisory, and legal advice services.
– Katowice is a modern metropolis and a strong economic center that provides excellent conditions for doing business. The long-term trust and the agreements signed by four tenants are the best examples that our clients feel comfortable here and want to continue developing in the Silesian capital. The excellent location, stimulating workspace, and unique relaxation areas are desirable features of Face2Face, making it a place where you want to stay longer – says Wojciech Mazur, Senior Leasing Manager at Echo Investment.
Medicover will continue to rent 1,350 square meters in Face2Face for the next years, offering 27 professionally equipped medical cabinets, X-ray and ultrasound laboratories, dental offices, and an optical salon. The medical center in the complex provides patients with care from doctors in over 12 specializations. The agreement was also renegotiated and extended by Klinika Miracki, which provides services in advanced laser therapy, aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery, cosmetology and laryngology.
– We are pleased that tenants appreciate the friendly working conditions and development opportunities provided by Face2Face Business Campus. This is the result of successful cooperation with Echo Investment and the fact that Face2Face complex offers a top-notch combination of great location, modern services and architectural and structural quality, including shared green and relaxation zones. That makes the F2F building a star among the office facilities in Katowice. The decisions to extend lease agreements are also a valuable proof of the attractiveness of the office sector in Poland and its long-term stable value, which is important to investors of the owner, the Czech real-estate fund INVESTIKA – adds Rafal Proczek, Head of INVESTIKA Polska Services that is INVESTIKA’s Polish asset manager.
Face2Face Business Campus service offer expands
Extending lease agreements is not the only success story for the Face2Face Business Campus. Soon, a new interior finishing salon, Bozza Concept'N Design, will open on the business campus premises, occupying 400 square meters on the ground floor.
Tailor-made complex
The Face2Face Business Campus is a well-connected complex consisting of two buildings and a green courtyard located at the intersection of Chorzowska and Grundmann streets in Katowice. The business campus owned by the Czech fund INVESTIKA offers 47,000 square meters of office space, accommodating up to 5,000 people. Among the tenants are companies such as ABB, Capgemini, Orange, Honeywell, Stats Perform, Grant Thornton, MDDP Outsourcing, DAZN, and CitySpace service offices. On-site amenities include a restaurant, café, grocery store, law office, notary, iMad salon, and Silesian Analytical Laboratories.
– Many companies that have chosen modern and well-located buildings for their headquarters decide to stay in them for the long term. Deloitte and Medicover are examples represented by us during the extension of their leases at the Face2Face Business Campus. Tenants appreciate both the high-quality space and the location of such properties in the city center, allowing for easy access from various districts of Katowice and the entire Silesian conurbation. Of all the office transactions carried out in the first half of this year, renegotiations of existing agreements accounted for a significant 45%. We can expect that lease extensions will also play a significant role in the leasing structure in the second half of the year – adds Barbara Pryszcz, Regional Director at Colliers in Katowice.
A special attraction of Face2Face is its multifunctional green patio, which adds energy and remains lively beyond working hours. It is the perfect place for outdoor lunches, relaxation in hammocks, or team integration during a basketball game. The local cherry orchard, flower meadows, and plant-covered hills support biodiversity and provide a habitat for birds and insects. The timeless architecture of Face2Face is the work of the Grupa 5 Architekci studio, whose designers paid particular attention to responsible resource consumption. The energy-efficient office buildings meet the stringent environmental standards of the BREEAM Excellent certification.
The Face2Face Business Campus was developed by Echo Investment in Katowice, which sold it to a joint venture led by INVESTIKA fund in December 2022 . INVESTIKA later gained full control over the campus. Echo Investment continues to support INVESTIKA with leasing activities as a part of post-transaction agreements of the companies. In the capital of Silesia, Echo Investment has also built the A4 Business Park office buildings on Francuska Street and the Libero shopping center.
