Echo Investment has started a long-term cooperation with InPost, one of the fastest growing technological companies in Europe. As part of the agreement, InPost Parcel Lockers will be installed by the developer's residential and multi-functional projects, enabling convenient collection and posting of parcels, both by residents and other users. The first device has already been installed at the Moje Miejce project in Warsaw. Subsequent InPost Parcel Lockers will be installed at residential estates in Kraków and Poznań.

InPost is the first company in Poland to create a network of parcel lockers – self-service sending and collection points, open 24/7. Thanks to the innovative technology, it enables collection of parcels in a more convenient, cheaper and more eco-friendly way. Parcel Lockers (Paczkomaty® in Polish) have increased the efficiency of logistics services, and one of their success factors is the quick shipment time – as many as 98% of parcels are delivered as soon as the next day after posting.

– Parcel Lockers have become an indispensable part of urban infrastructure, as they make the life of residents  easier. Therefore, it is no surprise that developers also noticed it and decided to design new residential estates while taking into account the space for Parcel Lockers. We are always close to people, which is why our development plans also include newly arising urban plans – both residential and commercial ones. Paczkomat® at Moje Miejsce

The cooperation between Echo Investment and InPost was inaugurated by a Parcel Locker at Moje Miejsce. It is a newly designed part of Warsaw, with apartments, service points and offices. In the summer of 2020, the developer received an occupancy permit for 5 cosy residential buildings with 243 apartments. While at the beginning of 2021, Echo Investment will complete the construction of the last part of Moje Miejsce – an office building and surrounding public space, which includes a number of amenities for future residents and tenants. All this within the concept of a 15-minute city - a friendly place to live, where what is necessary is at your fingertips.

– We are introducing another amenity for residents and users of our residential estates and multi-functional projects. So far, we've installed Pakomatic lockers, using which residents could collect postal and courier parcels. We've decided to go a step further and establish cooperation with InPost. The Parcel Locker at the Moje Miejsce project in Warsaw can be used by residents, office building workers as well as other users. We're already in talks regarding installation of more InPost Parcel Lockers. The devices will be installed at our residential estates in Kraków and Poznań, while the remaining locations are awaiting approval. Technologies in service of comfort and safety

Since the end of 2018, Echo Investment has been installing Pakomatic postal and courier parcels collection points at all developed residentail estates. This amenity can already be used by residents of Osiedle Jarzębinowe in Łódź,  Osiedle Jaśminowe  and the Warsaw Brewery. Thanks to a special application, a courier or postman can connect to  locker modules and leave a parcel.

Innovative postboxes and Paczkomaty® are not the only amenities offered by Echo Investment. As the first Polish developer, the company introduced premises with an intelligent apartment management system Echo Smart, tailored to the individual needs of the owners, into its standard offer. The developer is also implementing subsequent innovations on an ongoing basis, which will allow for adaptation of residential projects it builds to new conditions, such as ensuring an increased level of safety and hygiene. Thanks to the cooperation with NTT System S.A., new facilities are equipped with solutions such as with an automatic door opening system, without the need to touch them.
