Esencja, a modern apartment building located in a prestigious district of Poznań, is now officially ready to live in. Echo Investment has obtained a final occupancy permit for the first phase of the project with 260 comfortable apartments.

Esencja Apartments are distinguished by modernity and high standard, matching the metropolitan nature of the area. The project is located near the Warta river and the largest park in Poznań called Cytadela, offering a view of the revitalized Stara Rzeźnia (Old Slaughterhouse), which in the future will become the new cultural center of Poznań.

All apartments in the project will be equipped with Echo Smart apartment management system. A characteristic element of the project are well-thought-out and spacious common areas, finished with high-quality materials. It is represented by elegant halls with large-format mirrors, LED lighting and comfortable seats. We have also decided to reduce the need to touch things in halls, corridors and staircases, where we will install a system allowing for touch-free opening of the building entrance door and the garage door or calling the elevator. With a view to people working remotely, we have modified the design of the residents' club, supplementing it with workspace," says Dawid Wrona, sales director at Echo Investment's residential team.

The essence of the style

Echo Investment has also taken care of the comfort of the residents in the area surrounding the buildings by carefully planning greenery and a creative playground and introducing numerous amenities as part of Echo Life Services, such as a private pick-up point, access to an electric car charger, suspended racks and bike boxes.

The advantages of the project were appreciated by residents of Poznań - the last apartments are now available for sale. More than 90% of the 260 apartments was sold, which are handed over to clients. Already in 2020, the growing popularity of Esencia was noticed by the prestigious HLS&M magazine in its original report "High Level Book".
