Resi4Rent opens at Suwak Street
Resi4Rent opens at Suwak Street

Resi4Rent, the largest private company with subscription-based apartments, has expanded its offer by nearly 230 units in Warsaw. The first residents have just moved into the project located in the heart of Mokotów business district.

The new building is located at a quiet Suwak street in Mokotów, near the Warszawa Służewiec station, in the vicinity of numerous stores, restaurants, cafes, fitness clubs and other service outlets. Residents of the project can take care of all their essential needs taking a short walk.

“The new Resi4Rent project will appeal especially to people who care about having comfort and saving time. Located in the office district, with all services within easy reach, it is a great solution for those who seek comfortable accommodation close to their workplace. In addition, all our apartments are offered with a guarantee of unchangeable contract terms, without agents and without hidden costs. Our client chooses the number of rooms, units’ location and sun exposure, as well as the building's storeys," comments Sławomir Imianowski, CEO of Resi4Rent.

The building at Suwak Street offers 227 units of various sizes and types, of which 3 have been adapted for people with disabilities. One-room apartments with a bedroom and a living room, as well as family units with two bedrooms and a living room are available. Resi4Rent furnishes its apartments with fixed joinery, household appliances, and necessary furniture as standard. The contract may be concluded for a minimum of 3 months, and for the price of the subscription, tenants have a possibility to use Wi-Fi, access to a panel that allows, among others, to manage contracts, and a dedicated service office. For residents with vehicles, the company also offers the possibility to rent a space in the underground garage. Resi4Rent has announced that it will expand its offer for residents to include other services, such as cleaning an apartment or providing additional equipment tailored to their individual needs.

Resi4Rent offers nearly 1,500 apartments in Wrocław, Łódź and Warsaw. What is more, eleven projects are currently under construction or in advanced planning. Ultimately, the company will offer 10,000 apartments in the six largest Polish cities by 2025 - Warsaw, Cracow, Łódź, Wrocław, Gdańsk and Poznań. Last year, Resi4Rent began renting its first project in the capital city. Just 4 months after completion, half of apartments in the Resi4Rent project in Warsaw Berwery have their tenants. In 2020, the company also opened its second project in Wrocław, which includes two modern buildings in Kępa Mieszczańska that were quickly fully leased.
