Echo Investment introduces mobile touchless solutions in all emerging residential projects

In order to increase the level of safety and comfort of the residents, Echo Investment is introducing a special Blue Bolt application in all newly completed residential projects, thanks to which the users will be able to move around the estate practically contactless. The solution is already functioning in Warsaw's Reset II project and in Stacja 3.0 in Wroclaw, which is currently being completed.

For years Echo Investment has been focusing on technologies that provide comfort, safety and are time saving. As the first Polish developer, the company introduced to its standard offer premises with the Echo Smart apartment management system, tailored to the individual needs of owners. The developer is also implementing further innovations on an ongoing basis, which will allow it to adapt its residential projects to new conditions, including an increased level of safety and hygiene. In July this year, the company decided to cooperate with NTT System S.A., a Polish company with 30 years of experience on the IT market, which has created and developed the Blue Bolt application.

“We are constantly trying to find and implement solutions that improve the living comfort of the residents of our residential estates. For this reason, we have decided to introduce the Blue Bolt application to every new investment and to every project completed in 2021 and in the following years. The basic functions of the application include reducing the need to touch things in common spaces - halls, corridors, elevators or staircases,” says Dawid Wrona, Sales Director at Echo Investment's residential complex.

Thanks to the Blue Bolt application, when entering the project, residents open the garage door or barrier with their smartphones. Regardless of how many gates are located on the estate, they can all be opened with one click. Being at the entrance door, it is enough to click on the notification, use voice opening – there is no need to insert the code into the intercom. After entering the building, the residents can order an elevator to a specific floor directly from the smartphone screen from the garage or the entrance hall without touching it. This way they do not have to touch the elevator panel.

“Functional innovations can significantly affect the comfort of our lives. Even small everyday facilitations, such as contactless calling of an elevator or opening garage doors or barriers, can increase the level of safety of residents of an investment equipped with the Blue Bolt application. Its additional advantage is the possibility of replacing keys, entry cards and pastilles with one device – a smartphone,” says Tadeusz Kurek, President of the Board of NTT System S.A.

In the first place, Blue Bolt was introduced in the Reset II in Warsaw and in Stacja 3.0 in Wrocław. Work is already underway to implement the solution in subsequent projects, including Naszych Jeżyce in Poznań and the Enter project, KRK and Bonarka Living housing estate in Kraków, as well as in Warsaw's Stacja Wola.
