CitySpace moves into Face2Face Business Campus
CitySpace moves into Face2Face Business Campus

Face2Face Business Campus gets a new tenant. CitySpace – a company providing flexible office solutions – will open a second business center in Katowice in the arising office building that is part of the complex. The opening is planned for May 2021.

CitySpace, owned by Echo Investment, will create an office center in Face2Face Business Campus with 2,300 sqm and 370 workstations. The center will provide various types of offices: open space, private offices, coworking (hot desks) and virtual offices. Everything can be rented for a long or short time, or even for a few days. What is more, extra rooms and zones are arranged in the new center: meeting rooms, quiet rooms, conference rooms, kitchens, reception desks, call rooms, entertainment and event zones. All companies that rent offices will have a possibility to use extra rooms and zones. They will also take advantage of such facilities as cleaning service, IT support and office manager service. This is the concept of serviced offices, i.e., as maintenance-free as possible.

The demand for serviced and flex offices is rising higher and higher every year, that is clearly noticable also in regional cities. What is more, the popularity of flex offices will grow as the need to switch to the hybrid working model increases. Flex offices are perfectly suited for this, all the more when they are located in several locations in the same city," explains Jarosław Bator, Managing Director of CitySpace.

Echo Investment began the construction of the Face2Face Business Campus complex in May 2018. In January this year, the developer finished the first building of nearly 21,000 sqm. Among others, DAZN and Perform Content work there. The construction of the second office building will be completed in the fourth quarter of this year. It will be a 15-story building. The location is one of its greatest advantages - the complex is being built at the junction of Grundmanna and Chorzowska streets.

“Face2Face Business Campus is one of the first office buildings where we have implemented the "Five for Safety" program, that includes a number of activities for the health and safety of office users. We want our tenants' employees to feel good and safe in our facilities. The feeling of comfort is a very individual feature, but as owners of office buildings, we want to contribute to strengthening it. A tenant such as CitySpace perfectly complements our offer, being a response to the needs of, among others, individual clients and companies that are in a decision-making process on the need for extra space,” says Joanna Nicińska, Regional Director at Echo Investment's office project department.

Being part of Echo Investment facilitates a vibrant development of CitySpace in Poland. The company currently manages 10 office centers in 5 cities: Katowice, Wrocław, Warsaw, Gdańsk and Kraków. The first offices in Katowice were opened in Supersam in 2017. Since then, interest in flex offices has been growing rapidly, so it will open its second center in Katowice in 2021. According to the latest Colliers' report "The future begins here... Katowice", the capital of Silesia, is a unique place on the map of Poland, that is a model example of a dynamic transformation from an industrial region into a modern metropolis. The authors of the report include over 100 BPO, IT and R&D centers, growing interest of global companies, an excellent location and high availability of high class office space among the city's greatest assets.
