Moje Miejsce, a mixed-use project developed by Echo Investment, is rising in Warsaw's Dolny Mokotów district. Advanced fitting-out works are being carried out in the whole residential part, that is planned to be completed in July this year. Moreover, the second office building has reached its highest construction point and itss facade is being mounted. Modern office space, comfortable apartments as well as retail and service premises are to create a new part of Warsaw here.

Moje Miejsce is a multifunctional Echo Investment’s project located in Warsaw, combining the developer's experience in creating office and residential projects with retail and service elements. Over three-hectare land by the new street on Warsaw’s map – Józefa Piusa Dziekonskiego Street - will offer a residential estate with 244 apartments, two office buildings with a total area of 35,000 sqm, business premises and numerous amenities. The project was launched in the first quarter of 2018. Another open, green part of Warsaw is growing up.

In May last year, the first office building was put into use, where among others, the Havas Group, CitySpace, ANG Spółdzielnia, Mastercard, and Corteva have their offices. Here the 24-hour Just GYM fitness club and the Meating Point restaurant is already up and running. Very Good and Excellent BREEAM certificates confirm energy-saving and pro-ecological solutions and technologies that support sustainable development applied while the office part of the project was developed.

From topping to the façade

–  At the beginning of the year, we reached the highest construction point, i.e. the proverbial topping out. We have now completed the construction of the building. We mount the facade. Inside, installation works have started as well as electrical and sewage connections are being made – says Krzysztof Curyło, Project Manager at Echo Investment’s Offices Department.

Apartments more and more beautiful

The developer is also working at the residential part of the project at the same time.

– This stage of the project focuses  on simultaneous delivery of all five residential buildings. We place importance on fitting-out and façade works. Soon, we will be ready for the first handovers, so Moje Miejsce will welcome its first residents in July – adds Jarosław Ambroży, Construction Manager responsible for Moje Miejsce’s residential area.

Moje Miejsce, as with all newly developed Echo Investment's residential projects, provides its residents with a smart home management system "Echo Smart", which will make their everyday life easier. By using a mobile device, a user can control blinds, shutters, regulate temperature and sun exposure, make sure how security shutters work, introduce scenarios that will take care of suitable light, mood or music after entering. There will also be modern parcel collection points dedicated to the residents of Moje Miejsce.

Moreover, spaces between the buildings are being arranged. There will be here benches and lawns, where the developer will plant flowers, shrubs and trees. The roofs will also be coverd by greenery.

JEMS Architekci is responsible for an architectural design of Moje Miejsce. The whole project is planned to be put into service in 2021.
