MidPoint71, an office building developed by Echo Investment in Wrocław, will be the new headquarters of Pyszne.pl – an innovative online food ordering service with deliveries to your door. The company will start operating here in the fourth quarter of 2021.

MidPoint71 located at 9 Powstańców Śląskich street began to be constructed shortly before the end of 2019, and the developer can be proud of the first signed lease agreement for office space. Pyszne.pl will occupy 3,500 sqm.

– MidPoint71 means a  central location and a number of services at your fingertips, and these advantages attract tenants such as Pyszne.pl. The first signed lease agreement on the project, that started to be construct several weeks ago, is a special honour for us. This confirms that MidPoint71 hits the point – says Katarzyna Kubicka, Regional Director at Echo Investment. – Our office buildings provide clients with modern working space. Modern, naturally, means qualitative and designed in line with the latest business trends, i.e. focused on employees and their needs. Such solutions will be used in our client's new office. I think some of these solutions can be really appreciated by employees – she adds.

The Pyszne.pl brand belongs to Takeaway.com - the leading online food ordering service in continental Europe and Israel. The company is focused on connecting clients with restaurants through its service. By working with nearly 50,000 restaurants, Takeaway.com offers a variety of food. The company cooperates mainly with restaurants that deliver on their own. What is more, Takeaway.com offers delivers for restaurants that don’t do it on their own in 91 cities and ten countries.

The location was chosen and the details of the agreement were worked out by Pyszne.pl as a result of the cooperation with Walter Herz that provides strategic consulting in renting office space, investment projects and hotel projects.

– We are sure that the building chosen by us will be fully complied with all tenant's guidelines. Taking into account the early stage of negotiations, we have provided Pyszne.pl with an exclusive 650 meter terrace - adds Kamila Królikowska, Senior Negotiator at Walter Herz.

MidPoint71 is another office building by Echo Investment. The project, being started to construct at Powstańców Śląskich street, provides clients with 37,000 sqm modern office space. The first tenants will move in here in the fourth quarter of 2021. The 14-storey building will soon become of the scenery of Wrocław. The Medusa Group studio, well-known for trendy and noteworthy projects, is responsible for an architectural design of MidPoint71.
