A residential complex will be developed in Warsaw's Wola district reflecting the nature of this rapidly growing part of the city. Stacja Wola, designed for young people, the latest project of Echo Investment at Ordona Street in Warsaw, will not only be a modern and vibrant space equipped with smart control systems, but also a place supporting creative lifestyle. A truly unique atmosphere of Stacja Wola was created by responsible Medusa Group architecture studio.
Echo Investment will create a residential complex in Warsaw's Wola district, oriented at smart solutions, ecology and mobility of residents. Taking into consideration generations for which technology is part and parcel of everyday life, the developer is going to install smart control systems in the entire complex.
– Apartments that you can find at Stacja Wola will be equipped with a number of modern amenities that significantly improve the everyday life comfort. As the first developer in Poland, we provide solutions of the global leader in home automation as standard. Thanks to an application, residents will be able to manage their apartment from a mobile phone. The units will have, among others, a remote-controlled lock and a motion sensor with a camera that will provide a high level of security for home dwellers - even while they are away – explains Dawid Wrona, Sales Director at Echo Investment.
Stacja Wola consists of more than 1,000 units that will be built in two phases. The entire project was designed to provide the comfort of your daily life, thanks to panoramic windows, loft-like elements or walls, that can be modified at your discretion. The first residents will move to Stacja Wola at the end of 2021.
– Uniform, contemporary aesthetics and a green, resident-friendly character of courtyard interior spaces are the distinguishing features of the project. One of the elements of green development is an experimental garden being a common space where residents can pursue their gardening passion. It will also be a meeting place that allows you to create a true community, combining pleasure with obligations and responsibility for joint property–comments Łukasz Zagała, architect from Medusa Group.
Residents of this settlement will also be able to use electric car chargers, bicycle hangers, or a public crossfit box that will help you enter sport into your everyday life. A functional complement of the complex will be a playground for children and squares that will be also places to relax away from urban life and city noises.
The settlement, situated in Wola, is one of the few well-located and well-connected projects in Warsaw. The location of this complex guarantees easy access to green areas, office parks and the most important socio-cultural spots of the capital, such as the Warsaw Uprising Museum, the Wola Theatre or the Wola Park. Nearby you will find also the Blue City shopping centre, the Reduta shopping centre, six nursery schools, three primary schools and a secondary school.
