The developer Echo Investment sold 641 apartments in the first half of 2019 - 16% more than in the first half of 2018.

The company sold the most apartments in Warsaw (Moje Miejsce and Reset), Łódź (Osiedle Jarzębinowe and Fuzja), as well as Poznań (Apartamenty Esencja and Osiedle Jaśminowe).

‘We are on course to achieve the annual sales target assuming that 1,300 apartments will be sold. That is why we are constantly extending the offer. This year, we have launched projects with over 640 apartments for sale. Clients receive these projects well, what can be seen directly from great sales results. We have an appetite to strengthen our market position. We are preparing further attractive projects to be developed and we are working hard on expanding our land bank for residential projects. In the first half of the year, we bought plots of land where about 1,600 apartments can be built’ says Dawid Wrona, Sales Director at Echo Investment’s Residential Department.

Since the beginning of the year, Echo Investment has started the construction and the sale of apartments in the projects Apartamenty Esencja in Poznań, Fuzja and Osiedle Jarzębinowe VII in Łódź.

From the beginning of the year to the end of June, Echo Investment has handed over 77 apartments to its clients. Due to construction timetables, the majority of residential projects will receive their occupancy permits in the second half of the year. At that point, apartment handovers are also accumulated. In 2019, Echo Investment plans to provide its clients with approximately 1,250 apartments.
