The first building of a multi-purpose complex Moje Miejsce is already in operation. Employees of the Havas Group were the first to move into the office building opening the entire project and they already can enjoy their new office. The creative and media part of this group has found its own common space to work effectively, integrate and develop ideas. The capital has been enriched with this new place and the street of Józefa Piusa Dziekońskiego, and Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotów district with new users.

Moje Miejsce - a new part of Warsaw, located in Dolny Mokotów - is already beginning to be full of life. The plot at 1 Dziekońskiego street, on the corner of Bobrowiecka and Beethovena streets, turns into a multifunctional part of the city. The five-storey office building with an area of 18,000 sqm was designed by JEMS Architekci with attention to every detail. In addition to the office space adapted to the needs of tenants, it also has the space where a restaurant and a modern fitness club will be opened.

“By putting the first office building in Moje Miejsce into service, we begin to accomplish a promise we made to return further place to Warsaw, made not only of offices and apartments, but also of a community around the buildings. The first piece of the puzzle already works. The first employees, who can already call this place "theirs", observe every day how we change this part of the city. They already have their comfortable working space at their disposal. They will be able to have lunch in a good restaurant soon, and go to a gym and a fitness class after summer holidays. Distinguishing features of this building are common spaces: a green patio and a courtyard, thanks to which working here can be even more enjoyable. We believe that employees of Havas, ANG Spółdzielnia and subsequent tenants will feel well in their new place” says Paweł Milcarz, Senior Leasing Manager at Echo Investment’s office department.

Havas Village is already in its place

For the Havas Group, moving to Moje Miejsce is more than just a change of location. The Polish branch of the group, its creative and media part, for the first time started to work under the same roof, in line with the global strategy, as Havas Village.

Moje Miejsce keeps the pace

Echo Investment has already started construction of the second five-storey office building. Tenants will have close to 17,000 sqm of spacious working space. In the vicinity of office buildings, advanced works are being carried out in the residential part. Five cosy residential buildings have already reached their target heights. At some of them, facade and masonry works have begun. The first residents will be able to move nito here in the third quarter of 2020.

The JEMS Architekci architectural studio is responsible for the architectural design of Moje Miejsce. Putting into use the whole project, consisting of two office buildings, a residential part, urban infrastructure and social spaces, is planned for 2021.
