CitySpace to open new location at Warsaw's Bielany
CitySpace to open new location at Warsaw's Bielany

The Polish operator of flex-offices, CitySpace, is expanding in Warsaw. On 23rd May at Galeria Młociny, the CitySpace Club will open a new co-working space arranged in five nicely designed and perfectly equipped cargo containers, permitting a comfortable working environment and also the organization of business meetings. Afterwards, in Q3 2019, a co-working space with 60 desks and meeting rooms will be added alongside the cargo containers.

The office at Młociny will be the first co-working space delivered by CitySpace, a Polish company offering flexible work space solutions, which was focused on the high-standard serviced offices. Until now the operator managed over 14,000 sqm of space in 8 location in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Wrocław, Katowice and Kraków, that has over 1,700 workstations in total.

The new co-working facility in Galeria Młociny, which will open soon in the vicinity of the underground and the transport hub at Młociny, fits perfectly into the spirit of a modern, multi-functional shopping and entertainment complex. Instead of working and meetings at restaurants or cafés, City Space will offer a professional office arranged in five original cargo containers on the second floor of the facility. The larger container-office with six work-stations and a glorious view of the entire entertainment zone will be placed on upper level, while a further 12 desks and a reception area will be located in four lower containers.

The interiors will feature a comfortable and ergonomic office furniture. For the needs of meetings and presentations, LCD screens can be hung on the walls. Tenants will have access to an ultra-quick and stable internet connection. Designers from Medusa Group also took care of appropriate illumination solutions, which being healthy, positively influence concentration during work time.

- By locating a co-working facility at Galeria Młociny we will show, that space for work do not have to be located only in office buildings. CitySpace Club Młociny invites everyone to make use of the desks, for whom what is important at work and after hours is in one place. What's more special is that we are talking about an address with excellent transportation facilities, access to the underground, and furthermore, that it is located in a young and very dynamically developing district, in which office competition is practically non-existent – says Lisa Zettlin, Head of Business Development CitySpace.

In a couple of weeks, CitySpace Club Młociny will expand by a further space, where over 60 workstations will be placed in a fully equipped office environment. There are two basic rental options: a place to work in the open-space area or alternatively, a dedicated work station with private, lockable cabinets and drawers.

– The Młociny offer is addressed primarily to those who prefer to stay close to home in Bielany, instead of travelling to the city-centre and working here. Entrepreneurs, freelancers, start-ups and consultants are more than welcome, and for sure will certainly find themselves in a perfectly designed space, where design and ergonomics go hand-in-hand with delicious coffee and an easy-going atmosphere. An important group of tenants will also be managers of shops and restaurants in the shopping mall - emphasizes Lisa Zettlin.

In both cases, co-workers can count on access to facilities such as a reception service, high-end office equipment and a fully equipped kitchen with water, tea and coffee.

- By being on the list of CitySpace co-working facilities, with such unparalleled offices decorated in industrial cargo containers is proof that Galeria Młociny is not just a place for great shopping, delicious food and interesting entertainment, but also a great place to work. - says Michał Banasik, senior leasing manager in the Department of Shopping Centres at Echo Investment.

Galeria Młociny is to be opened on 23 May 2019. It is being developed right next to Młociny hub – one of the places with the best transport links in Warsaw, with direct access to the underground, numerous tram lines and bus routes, suburban and national buses, a bicycle station and a P&R car park. It is the most important transfer location for the northern part of the city and satellite towns and it is used by over 24 mln passengers every year. Investors of Galeria Młociny are: EPP (70 pct shares) and Echo Investment (30 pct shares).
