Bank Millennium has concluded an investment loan agreement with Echo Investment in the amount of over EUR 20 million for the construction of the West 4 Business Hub office building.

West 4 Business Hub will be a follow-up of West Gate and West Link office buildings that have already been built at ul. Na Ostatnim Groszu and successfully leased and sold. The construction of the first office building of the West 4 complex was launched at the beginning of this year.

"For over 10 years, Wrocław has been an important market for our company. We have built five office buildings here that became headquarters of reputable companies and then they were sold to long-term investors. A natural extension of this success is the construction of West 4 Business Hub. We are glad that Bank Millennium believes in this project as strongly as we do and has become our financial partner in this undertaking" says Grzegorz Iwański, Financing Department Director at Echo Investment.

West 4 is a new project that will offer over 80,000 sqm of  office space. The first building will have over 15,500 sqm of space. Its construction is according to the schedule - earthworks have been completed and builders are currently working on a foundation slab and 0 level walls. The first West 4 building is planned for use in the third quarter of 2020. The architectural office Maćków Pracownia Projektowa is responsible for the design.

Wrocław's history

For 12 years, Echo Investment has been creating places in Wrocław that re-enter the city's landscape. Over 200 stores in Pasaż Grunwaldzki have been visted by crowds of Wrocław residents and residents of its surrounding area since 2007. Four residential projects: Przy Słowiańskim Wzgórzu, Grota 111, Zebra and the latest project Ogrody Graua are in total nearly 22,000 sqm of space completed and almost 18,000 sqm of space under construction.

The office history of Echo began with Aquarius Business House. So far, Echo has built, leased and sold to investors five office buildings: the mentioned Aquarius, Sagittarius Business House, Nobilis Business House, West Gate and West Link.
