The younger sister Sobremes from Hala Koszyki will occupy the main part of the Bielany boards, one of the food and entertainment zones of Galeria Młociny. In addition to delicious tapas, the place will stand out with a wide alcohol menu full of various cocktails and beers, including craft. The opening of the complex, which is 90% leased, adjacent to the underground station in Młociny, is planned for the spring.

“We want Sobremes to be a real centre of the restaurant area of the complex, with Spanish temperament and typically Polish sensitivity. Every day we will take care not only of the excellent quality of tapas, but also of the wonderful climate” emphasise the founders of Sobremesa, Katarzyna Tracey and Anna Manowska.

Sobremes will occupy over 111 sqm and will be settled on the central part of Meet and Eats. In this space that Echo Investment has dedicated over 11,000 sqm, you will find over 50 catering services and over 1,500 seats.

When translated into Polish, "sobremesa" means a long conversation topping out a meal together. The idea of tapas in Sobremes is simple, they combine eyeing talks and time spent together with eating delicious snacks, which you can share with other participants of a meeting. The founders of Sobremes Tapas Bar emphasise that tapas is to chat and eat together.

Serrano ham, a board of Spanish cheeses, green peppers, olives, calamari or bull's tails are just some of the items from a wide menu with tapas. The menu includes a unique selection of Spanish wines. At the bar there will be waiting a various offer for lovers of stronger drinks, starting from seasonal cocktails and ending with excellent whiskeys.

Beautiful, tasty and entertaining

In total, more than 50 restaurants, cafes, bars, food trucks, quick snacks, and a good deal of entertainment - in two words, Meet and Eats. The investor and developer of the project announces that it will soon fill a gap in Bielany for such places.

“You no longer have to go to the centre to meet, talk with delicious food or a drink. This centre will be coming to Bielany, and one of the magnets will certainly be the well-known Sobremes. The place created by the enthusiasts show that the new generation complexes are the right place for typically city concepts” emphasises Marcin Szlufik, Senior Leasing Manager from Echo Investment’s Retail Department.

New, multifunctional centre of Bielany

The place will combine 220 favourite stores and service outlets, comfortable offices, a medical centre, playgrounds, a fitness club, restaurants and cafes, a trampoline park and the first multiplex cinema in the district within a friendly and green area.

Galeria Młociny is distinguished by an innovative approach in the design of meeting places, entertainment and gastronomy. Its restaurant and entertainment space, which occupies the entire +2 floor and is connected with the green roof garden, has been divided into various functional zones. Architects from the renowned Broadway Malyan studio transferred the atmosphere of cosy cafes, street-food and eating out as well as outdoor dining among greenery to Warsaw’s Bielany district. This is the first concept of its kind in Poland.

Galeria Młociny is being developed right next to Młociny hub – one of the places with the best transport links in Warsaw, with direct access to the underground, numerous tram lines and bus routes, suburban and national buses, a bicycle station and a P&R car park. It is the most important transfer location for the northern part of the city and satellite towns and it is used by over 24 mln passengers every year.

Investors of Galeria Młociny are: EPP (70 pct shares) and Echo Investment (30 pct shares). The former company will manage the newly-opened complex. The latter one is fully responsible for the development and lease process.
