ESOTIQ and CHANGE Lingerie are two new tenants of the shopping and entertainment complex being developed in Warsaw by EPP and Echo Investment. Lingerie stores will occupy nearly 150 sqm. The opening of Galeria Młociny, which is already leased in nearly 90%, is planned for the spring of next year.
„We are completing the list of very attractive stores with clothing, shoes and accessories and thus we communicate all fashion enthusiasts: Galeria Młociny will be your frequent destination” says Karolina Prędota-Krystek, Senior Leasing Manager at Echo Investment’s Shopping Centres Department.
Prędota-Krystek responsible for acquiring tenants for the modern complex, emphasises that two more brands are in keeping with the established leasing strategy on growing up and staying on the Warsaw fashion market is possible only thanks to teamwork. It will be expressed by carefully selected, attractive and, above all, varied stores from the fashion sector. And those locate in the complex - with a total area for trade and services exceeding 75,000 sqm – appreciate not only modern, comfortable and well-connected retail facility, but also a new meeting and entertainment spot expected in this part of the city. It will be created, inter alia, by a unique in the country, inspired by Bielany, Warsaw-based teelworks and street food culture, a food court with more than 50 restaurants, a bowling alley, a trampoline park, a multiplex cinema or an open green garden on the roof. Investors emphasise that entertainment and catering services will occupy more than 11,000 sqm.
More tights and lace
New tenants complete the wide range of lingerie stores, tights and hosiery that will be opened in the complex in Bielany in the spring. The list includes apart from ESOTIQ and CHANGE Lingerie, such brands as Oysho, Triumph, Calzedonia and Gatta.
“Galeria Młociny will be one of the most interesting shopping and entertainment complexes in Warsaw, and taking into account the list of fashion tenants it can be said that everyone who follows the latest trends will be eager to call by this place. The choice of this location was not accidental, as it harmonised with the brand's strategy assuming presence in the best retail facilities” says Aleksandra Sobotka, Franchise and Leasing Manager at ESOTIQ & Henderson.
Architects with experience in similar projects will take care of the space arrangement for both stores. The projects will take into account the character of lingerie stores, it must be a cosy and intimate place. Both in the new ESOTIQ and CHANGE Lingerie stores, the emphasis will be placed on the appropriate arrangement of fitting rooms, enabling comfortable trying on lingerie and allowing each woman to feel at ease.

Galeria Młociny is distinguished by an innovative approach in the design of meeting places, entertainment and gastronomy. Its restaurant and entertainment space, which occupies the entire +2 floor and is connected with the green roof garden, has been divided into various functional zones. Architects from the renowned Broadway Malyan studio transferred the atmosphere of cosy cafes, street-food and eating out as well as outdoor dining among greenery to Warsaw’s Bielany district. This is the first concept of its kind in Poland.
Galeria Młociny is being developed right next to Młociny hub – one of the places with the best transport links in Warsaw, with direct access to the underground, numerous tram lines and bus routes, suburban and national buses, a bicycle station and a P&R car park. It is the most important transfer location for the northern part of the city and satellite towns and it is used by over 24 mln passengers every year. Investors of Galeria Młociny are: EPP (70 pct shares) and Echo Investment (30 pct shares). The former company will manage the newly-opened complex. The latter one is fully responsible for the development and lease process.
