Galeria Młociny with another brand
Galeria Młociny with another brand

A new store of XIMI VOGUE will appear in the shopping and entertainment complex developed in the vicinity of the underground station in Warsaw’s Młociny. A brand established in Korea, which debuted in Poland in July this year, will find its place on the ground floor, and its store will occupy180 sqm. The opening of Galeria Młociny, which is already leased in nearly 90%, is planned for the spring of next year.

The new tenant will expand the range of stores in the complex, where you can find various gadgets, accessories and home furnishings. XIMI VOGUE will offer its products next to stores offering among others office supplies, writing utensils, paper and DYI items, cosmetics, consumer electronics and toys which will be opened by networks such as Flying Tiger Copenhagen and PEPCO. The store with its product range will also be attractive for customers looking for home accessories, especially for the kitchen and dining room, as well as decorative and interior design elements.

“The phenomenon of stores such as XIMI VOGUE or Flying Tiger Copenhagen is that we often step into without a specific need, but at the end everyone can find something to buy. Poles love such stores because of trendy, modern and simply nice design of products, low prices, as well as a wide range of products and appearing new products appearing frequently. I am sure that guests of Galeria Młociny will have a great weakness to stores which give pleasure and joy from small shopping” says Karolina Prędota-Krystek, Senior Leasing Manager at Echo Investment’s Shopping Centre Department.

The brand, established three years ago in Korea, underlines simplicity, ecology and quality of over 10,000 products on offer and just like in case of Flying Tiger Copenhagen, XIMI VOGUE designers are able to respond quickly to novelties and trends, so if something begins to be trendy, it immediately goes to store shelves.

The ambition of the brand's owners is the dynamic development of the network. Since its establishment in 2015, over 1,400 stores featured with a characteristic logo appeared in 64 countries around the world, including Australia, Canada, India, Russia and Spain. Currently, XIMI VOGUE is opening 80-100 new stores per month.

New, mixed-use centre of Bielany

The place will combine 220 favourite stores and service outlets, comfortable offices, a medical centre, playgrounds, a fitness club, restaurants and cafes, a trampoline park and the first multiplex cinema in the district within a friendly and green area.

Galeria Młociny is distinguished by an innovative approach in the design of meeting places, entertainment and gastronomy. Its restaurant and entertainment space, which occupies the entire +2 floor and is connected with the green roof garden, has been divided into various functional zones. Architects from the renowned Broadway Malyan studio transferred the atmosphere of cosy cafes, street-food and eating out as well as outdoor dining among greenery to Warsaw’s Bielany district. This is the first concept of its kind in Poland.

Galeria Młociny is being developed right next to Młociny hub – one of the places with the best transport links in Warsaw, with direct access to the underground, numerous tram lines and bus routes, suburban and national buses, a bicycle station and a P&R car park. It is the most important transfer location for the northern part of the city and satellite towns and it is used by over 24 mln passengers every year.

Investors of Galeria Młociny are: EPP (70 pct shares) and Echo Investment (30 pct shares). The former company will manage the newly-opened complex. The latter one is fully responsible for the development and lease process.
