Echo begins construction of second phase of Face2Face in Katowice

Although winter is around the corner, construction works on of Face2Face Business Campus office complex are going in full swing. The first building of the project is growing, and the developer is already commencing construction of another 14-storey building.

An impressive view of Katowice from the top floors, green all-purpose patio situated between buildings and featured by well-designed zones which will provide energy to work creatively or let you focus on your job details. That is why Face2Face will be a friendly place to work which promotes development and new ideas. Face2Face is aimed to promote openness, encourage to shorten the distance and see all advantages of long-lasting relations.

“We have decided to develop two buildings of the complex simultaneously, because a lot of interest in well-designed and at the same time original office spaces in the capital of Silesia is noticeable. Face2Face offers over 46,000 sqm of the office space, that is 10% of the total space in Katowice. When we put our buildings into service in 2019 and 2020, the office market in Katowice will run over half a million square meters” - says Joanna Nicińska, Regional Director at Echo Investment’s Office Department.

Face2Face Business Campus is a project of Echo Investment located in Katowice. The complex consists of two office buildings i.e. the 20,000 sqm 7-storey facility and the 26,000 sqm 14-storey tower. The advantage and distinguishing feature of the project are open and attracting shared spaces which encourage to network and socialise. Advanced works are underway on the construction site of the first office building at Grundmanna street.

”Earthworks are completed and the foundation slab is ready. We are carrying out construction works and we will reach zero state soon. At the same time, we are starting excavation for the second phase of the project” says Paweł Szarpak, Project Manager at Echo Investment’s Office Department.

The first tenants will be present in Face2Face in the fourth quarter of 2019. Approximately 5,000 people will work in the entire complex.
